I will perform any pre-purchase inspections you feel are needed. Whole house, or individual components.

I will do my best to present the most precise and comprehensive analysis of the property, within the guide lines agreed upon.

It is the goal of my inspections to provide you with the information you need to feel comfortable and confident with the purchase of your new home.

NOTE: All inspections will require a pre-inspection agreement and contract for services to be read, initialed and signed as necessary by the client, and signed and verified by the inspector. For insurance purposes, these signatures must be obtained before the inspection can be performed.
