Why would you have a Home Inspection?

WOULD YOU EVER MAKE THESE MISTAKES?

  • Would you pay $250,000 for a used car based only on the sincerity of the salesman?
  • Would you bet $250,000 on a race horse based solely on a tip found in someone else's fortune cookie?
  • Would you give someone $250,000 for a "Rolex" watch who had a trunk full of them, and only did business in dark alleys?

No, I don't think you would. In each of these instances, you would want evidence that what you were paying for was authentic, that it did what you suppose it should do. Does what you are paying for, in other words.

You would want to know that house, your home-to-be, is what you are paying for. You want to be fully aware of what condition it is in, that all systems are operational, that it functions not just as a house, but as a home for you and your family.

And this is what GrandHome Inspections does:

Its function and its mission are to give you that peace of mind.

I'll look into it
